Kendell Byrd is a black voiceover artist and writer at Netflix Animation, originally from Chicago Illinois, but now resides in LA!  You can hear Kendell all over in animation, video games, promos, and commercials. Some of her favorite roles include: Rappa in Honkai: Star Rail, Splinter in Atlas Fallen, Michelle St. Charles in Rainbow High, Faranak (Kaveh's Mom) in Genshin Impact, as well as characters in Spider-Man 2, Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Starfield and audio dramas like The Romulus V and Liars and Leeches. In her free time, Kendell loves playing board games/table-top and is obsessed with all things musical theater. She also enjoys a good pun. Growing up, Kendell has always had a passion for storytelling (with a focus on stories for and about queer people and people of color) as well as technology and animation.
